An ancestral Mexican tradition
Temazcal is a purification ritual practiced since pre-Hispanic times in Mexico. Traditionally, it symbolizes a return to the essence of the Earth, a space of rebirth and regeneration. Temazcal occupies an important place in Mexican culture, as a rite of passage, healing and reconnection.
The principle
The ceremony takes place in a circular dome, which is heated by volcanic stones placed in the center. Medicinal plant infusions are poured onto the stones, releasing an intense and enveloping vapor. Guided by a temazcalero, the experience alternates heat, breathing and silence, inviting you to let go.
